Cybersecurity innovation in Europe remains fragmented, and many SMEs are not
yet ready to meet new, stricter EU cybersecurity rules. EuroCyber Nexus bridges
regulatory and innovation domains within a single interregional cooperation framework,
starting 1 September 2026, for 18 months.

Structured peer-learning dialogues and co-designed methodologies linking innovation and regulatory readiness
Common tools and simple indicators to track prog ress and keep all regions moving in the same direction
A Joint Interregional Roadmap (2026–2028) defining common priorities for investment and cooperation, aiming to engage over 120 SMEs and mobilise EUR 2–3 million in follow-on investment
OUR PARTNERS
Eight partners, four countries, one shared goal.
EuroCyber Nexus unites six partners and two associated partners from Finland, Italy, Romania and Bosnia and Herzegovina, including research and development agencies, universities, digital innovation hubs and SMEs, to ensure policy relevance and coherent implementation across all participating regions.
Associated partners: Uudenmaan Liitto – Regional Council of Uusimaa (FI) and Regione Autonoma Friuli Venezia Giulia (IT).
